International staff could use Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or Office of Talent Affairs to sign Working Contract with HR Department and then offer services.
2. 凭《外国人永久居民身份证》签约的外籍员工不再需要申办《外国人来华工作证》或为护照办理工作类《居留许可》，但仍须在抵达本市后24小时内到住址片区派出所办理《临时住宿登记》。
Even Work Permit and Residence Permit(for Passport) unnecessary, the international staff still must apply for a record of Temporary Residence Registration at related police station, within 24 hours upon arrival in the City.
