Normal international staff must sign Working Contract with HR Department or Office of Talent Affairs to gain Work Permit (integrated within Electronic Social Security Card) from Foreign Expert Bureau and then offer services.
2.短期签证到期前,普通外籍员工须提供《外国人来华工作许可(证)》在内的相关资料,向出入境管理局申办工作类《居留许可》(粘贴于护照内),才能合法停留。
Before the short-term Visa expires, the staff must gain the Work Type Residence Permit (glued inside Passport) from the Bureau of Immigration Administration to replace visa as stay permit on basis of Work Permit data and other documents.
3.持《外国人永久居民身份证》外籍员工可直接与人事处或人才办签订外籍人员聘用合同并开始工作,但仍须办理临时住宿登记。
International staff with Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card could sign working Contract with HR Department or Office of Talent Affairs and offer services directly, while, must make a Temporary Residence Registration as well.
4.所有外籍员工须在抵达本市后24小时内到住地片区派出所办理《外国人临时住宿登记》。
All international staff must to apply for a record of Temporary Residence Registration at related police station, within 24 hours upon arrival in the City.
